The ALenha experience showcases the unique ‘Churrascaria’ style of cooking where imported prime steaks are secretly marinated by Chef Wanderson from Brazil and his team, and roasted for hours over a carefully watched stove that mimics timber-borne flames.

“It is wonderful to be able to share my favorite Brazilian food and its culture with the people of Shenzhen,” says Wanderson, a Brazilian native and Chef of ALenha. “The meats are marinated at least five hours to ensure its tenderness and succulence. However, the secret is in the sauces”, Wanderson jovially quotes.
ALenha seats up to 117 guests including al fresco dining options. On cool summer evenings, it would be the perfect place for port and cigar. The restaurant is in bold rosewood colors with spots of ruby red and sapphire blue chairs, while some of its walls and partitions are decorated with chopped timber.
