The Coriander (in hotel)

Introduction

The Coriander experience is akin to a culinary tour across the various cultures that represent South Asia. From Thai to Indochina, it embraces a world of Asian spices to stimulate all the senses. The 120-seat restaurant offers authentic flavors from the region accentuated by a tandoori-styled oven.

Three private dining rooms named after popular spices provide for ‘ZEN’ dining options.

Signature Thai dishes with a selection of Vietnamese complemented by international wines and served in a setting of contemporary sophistication, making Coriander a voyage of discovery.

The restaurant’s décor exudes a mix of traditional Thai culture and contemporary south Asia elements with golden Buddha sculptures presenting around the restaurant. Show kitchens surrounding the dining areas provide a theatrical respite.

“Sawasdee ka! I hope to impress my guests with an authentic trip to the world of spices adored by the people of my region,” says Ms. Sutthapore Chulavachana, Chef de Cuisine, “Coriander represents the modern Indochine presentations using traditional recipes. It’s tranquil and inviting.”

Lunch (weekends only) from 11:30am to 14:30pm, Dinner from 18:00pm to 22:30pm.
