Out of a passion for the catering industry, Giulio Cinisi, Benedetto Stella and Enzo Lamacchia, have long dreamed of bringing high quality Italian food to Shenzhen. As an experienced pizza maker who learned how to make pizzas and pasta from a very young age, Enzo Lamacchia set out to make high quality home-made pizzas and pasta. Benedetto Stella, the head chef at Milano Pizza, uses the magic touch he acquired from making old southern Italian recipes to make what he calls “Mamma mia, ma che Pizza!”
Milano Italian Restaurant is rapidly becoming highly appreciated in Shenzhen. Really worth trying.
